These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph78a ("ph78a," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph78a online gaming platform available at ph78a.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

1.4 Registration Information

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph78a account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph78a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ph78a support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph78a may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including ph78a staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph78a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph78a does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. Deposits are generally credited to your ph78a account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ph78a reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the ph78a platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. ph78a is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ph78a may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph78a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ph78a reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means, including adjusting account balances accordingly.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the ph78a platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by ph78a or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — ph78a reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. ph78a's decision in such matters is final.

Players must not use any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting systems, or exploits of software vulnerabilities.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph78a platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ph78a platform without prior written consent from ph78a.

8. Privacy and Data

ph78a does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Suspension and Termination

ph78a reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• At ph78a's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, ph78a reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to ph78a, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your ph78a account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph78a platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph78a support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph78a will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph78a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, ph78a will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ph78a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
